I've almost completely given up on the facade. I finally decided to look at all the facade hints in the forum, and even with that help, I'm still just getting gibberish no matter how much indexing and grouping and deciphering and anagramming I do. I had even started analyzing the melody of the song to see if there was a message in the notes before I realized that everything you need was on the one page. I'm now guessing the answer with 8-letter words that make sense, like Illusion, Deceived, and Trickery.
I honestly just want a solution and an explanation right now.

Really the only advice I can give u is if ur more skilled with a mouse then with ur hands, do it on a computer, but otherwise do it on a big iPad. The puzzle itself isn’t really hard to figure out, it’s mainly actually completing it. Good luck!

Resolved: this appears to be a browser issue, likely impacted by screen resolution. Scaling the window down, or setting it to "partial" window (not minimized) will start the video and you can proceed through the remainder of the puzzle as intended.

Edit: I finally figured out that you have to enter incorrect answers repeatedly until it gives you the link to actually start the puzzle. Oooookay? Anyways, there's the answer for you future problem solvers to actually get started on this one.
