Ever wonder why people didn’t make a language for everyone to speak? Google around a bit

My suggestion is to go to the Last Page of this discussion and read thru all the posts. I have done that and am stuck on the first puzzle. But I think everybody left. My question is below yours.

I'm on the Red Pill page, but there is no answer box. The book with the red and blue pills. The picture goes dark with the red pill, but no place to type anything. Nothing happens at all to show how to answer.

On May 7, 2022 at 7:46PM EST ILLUMINATINPS responded to Link26:

The pill screen is asking you a question, a choice… which would you rather?? Tell the answer box accordingly

I have finished all the theorems, gotten the link, and clicked on the red pill but nothing seems to happen after that except the cover of the book changes. What should I do now?

I finally got past the pills and was doing good until I hit a roadblock with the elementary cellular automata. I saw the ted talk but it wasn’t helpful. Can anyone give me hints on what to do or how to do it?

Thanks! I never would have guessed that.

Ah I remember that one. You don't have to google anything crazy, honestly it's unexpectedly simple. The translated phrase is something like, "in thy light, we see the light". It's trying to get you think of (warning full spoiler ahead...) highlighting the hidden black-on-black text on the page.

On August 8, 2022 at 12:38PM EST Rubik’s responded to scholarlyhedgehog:

I’m really sorry, I can’t find it, I’ve gone back to the blue website with the meta puzzles, but because I’ve already done it I can’t get back to the meta puzzles, I can only see the blue screen and the text. Do you have any more details that might jog my memory as to which puzzle this is, or maybe the link to the specific meta puzzle?

On August 8, 2022 at 11:18AM EST scholarlyhedgehog responded to Rubik’s:

Thanks! I don’t know the official name for it, but it’s the one after M goes on about not taking God for an answer, just a black screen with the words “in lumine tuo videbimus lumin”. I translated it and tried entering the names of the various institutions associated with it, but nothing worked.

On August 7, 2022 at 2:58PM EST Rubik’s responded to scholarlyhedgehog:

I’ll give you a hand, could you remind me which one that was, I’m drawing a blank

Hi fellow solvers! I've been working my way through puzzle 42, and I think I've gotten pretty far, but now I'm stumped on the facade puzzle. I've already flipped the image and considered whether the flipping meant the numbers that replace the names are mirrored, but I can't find any significance in the numbers anyplace in the book or the broader internet. I really didn't want to reach out for help on this one, but I'm pretty sure I'm truly stumped here.

We know "timing is key" for the button/lever puzzle but how do we know what the correct pattern is? We've tried making them all fast and making them all slow and neither worked.
